About the job
Shape the future of the Assignment area with your special education or developmental psychology expertise. In this role, you engage in interdisciplinary exchange, including with institutions and school management, make data-driven decisions, and derive insights for the further development of processes in the special education sector.
Your tasks
- You review applications for special education measures, coordinate placements, and support complex issues in the assignment procedure.
- Together with school management in regular and special schools, specialist services, and internal administrative partners, you develop viable solutions for children and young people with special educational needs.
- Data supports you in classifying professional developments and assessing the impact of measures.
- You actively contribute to development projects and conceptual tasks and support the implementation of the cantonal strategy.
- As a competent contact person, you bring your expertise into interdisciplinary working groups and projects.
Your profile
- You have a Master’s degree in School Special Education or Psychology and bring several years of professional experience in the school environment or in integrative or segregative special education.
- You analyse complex issues in a structured way, think in a networked manner, and make well-founded and comprehensible decisions. You keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- Ideally, you have already accompanied development projects or gained experience in project management and enjoy actively shaping change.
- You enjoy exchanging with different stakeholders. You communicate appropriately for the audience, work solution-oriented, and move confidently in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Humour, openness, and initiative characterise you. At the same time, you appreciate an independent, careful, and responsible way of working.
