Alarm-Operator

What you will achieve

In this role, you work as part of a team while enjoying great autonomy.

At the heart of our remote monitoring system, you play an essential role in the security and satisfaction of our clients nationwide. As guarantor of service quality, you intervene daily in a dynamic environment where responsiveness and reliability are paramount.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Ensure the processing of alarms and manage the deployment of intervention forces

• Handle calls with clients, the police and intervention teams efficiently, in French and German

• Control and validate commissioning as well as maintenance operations carried out in the field

• Actively contribute to operational excellence ensuring alarm reception

• Handle the administrative processing of certain activities related to the client lifecycle

A versatile and responsible position, at the crossroads of technology, customer service and action.

• Basic training

• Fluency in French and German (nice to have: Swiss German) or vice versa

• Comfortable with IT tools

• Confidence on the phone and a particularly developed sense of customer service

• Versatility and autonomy in handling activities

• Stress resistance and ability to keep calm

• Willingness to learn a new profession
