Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the operational restaurant business
  
• Leadership, deployment planning and development of the service team
  
• Ensuring a high quality and service standard
  
• Host role towards our guests
  
• Responsibility for sales, budget, cost control and key figures
  
• Organisation of events, banquets and special occasions
  

Your profile:

• Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality
  
• Several years of leadership experience in service or as a restaurant manager
  
• Strong host mentality and high service orientation
  
• Entrepreneurial thinking and organisational strength
  
• Resilient, structured and assertive personality
  
• Very good German skills, additional languages an advantage
