Role:
In this role, as a Finance and Payroll Specialist, you actively shape the financial processes of an innovative company in the construction industry. You take on the precise management of financial accounting and ensure transparent, reliable figures through your structured approach. You are also responsible for the correct handling of payroll accounting and ensure that all relevant legal and internal requirements are met. You question existing processes, bring in new ideas and drive efficient, forward-looking solutions in finance and payroll. You thus make a significant contribution to financially supporting demanding infrastructure projects cleanly and sustainably supporting their success.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the complete and independent financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting of all companies.
- In this role, you prepare and check VAT returns.
- You carefully prepare annual financial statements and audits.
- As a Finance and Payroll Specialist, you administer and maintain the ERP systems.
- You record price lists and take over master data management in SAP and ELO.
- In this role, you independently handle dunning and support project managers with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education as well as completed further training in fiduciary or finance & accounting.
- You have several years of solid practical experience in finance and accounting.
- You are proficient in MS Office and common ERP systems.
- You handle intercompany reconciliations confidently and carefully.
- You work in a structured, efficient and independent manner and are characterised by networked thinking.
- You convince with a quick grasp and a strong affinity for numbers.
