Business Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Ensuring availability, performance, recovery and protection of the application landscape.
Supporting staff in the use of digital tools including knowledge transfer.
Systematic root cause analysis of incidents and sustainable error correction.
Coordination of outsourced support services and follow-up of service cases.
Preparation of information bases, reports and data for internal training offers.
Qualifications:
Advanced professional training in the IT field, for example HF/FH business informatics or computer science.
Several years of experience in application and service management.
Familiarity with software operation, service quality, user-friendliness and cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of business processes, high reliability and constructive collaboration.
Fluent German, good knowledge of French and English; additional Italian skills are an advantage.
