Would you like to return to gynaecology after a family phase or are you looking for a flexible working model with an existing patient base and long-term prospects in Zurich?
For an established outpatient gynaecology practice within an interdisciplinary medical centre in Zurich, we are seeking a specialist or senior consultant in gynaecology and obstetrics. The workload is flexibly adjustable between 60 and 100%. Job sharing is expressly welcome. The position is suitable both for experienced outpatient gynaecologists and for doctors wishing to re-enter the profession after a family phase or a career break.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent care of gynaecological patients in an outpatient setting
- Conducting preventive examinations and gynaecological assessments
- Pregnancy care and follow-up
- Consultation in the areas of contraception, desire to have children, menopause and general women’s health
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioner colleagues
- Co-design and further development of the gynaecological services
Your competencies:
- Specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics or equivalent recognition in Switzerland
- At least three years of professional experience in a Swiss training institution or gynaecological practice
- Enjoyment of long-term outpatient work
- Independent and responsible working style
- High social competence and appreciative interaction with patients
- Certification for pregnancy ultrasound is an advantage but not a requirement
