Recruitment Officer at 100% M/F
Job Description
As a Recruitment and Planning Officer specialised in the health and social fields, you will be involved in the entire process, from recruiting professionals to their placement and administrative follow-up of their assignments:
- Ensure the sourcing, pre-selection and recruitment of health and social professionals, conduct interviews and assess the suitability of profiles with the needs of our partner institutions
- Create and monitor candidate files, ensuring the compliance of diplomas, authorisations and documents necessary for their engagement
- Receive personnel requests from institutions, identify available profiles and ensure the planning of temporary staff according to skills, availability and client needs
- Manage emergencies, replacements and last-minute changes responsively, finding suitable solutions as quickly as possible
- Draw up employment contracts and assignment contracts related to placements made and ensure the administrative follow-up of assignments
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, temporary staff and partner institutions to guarantee the quality of recruitment, placements and assignment follow-up
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified professionals and actively contribute to the retention of candidates and temporary staff
- Provide telephone on-call service outside agency opening hours to respond to urgent needs of our partner institutions, alternating with other members of the planning team

- Activity rate: 100%, 40-hour week and 5 weeks paid holiday

Profile sought

You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to identify candidates’ skills, motivations and potential. Comfortable with making contact and conducting interviews, you are able to build a relationship of trust while demonstrating rigour and discernment in your recruitment decisions.
Proactive, you take initiatives, anticipate needs and know how to manage priorities, emergencies and last-minute changes effectively. Your taste for challenge and results orientation allow you to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proven experience as a Recruitment Officer within a placement agency specialised in the medical field is mandatory for this position.
