We wish to recruit an After-Sales Technician (M/F)

Your mission:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosis: identify the source of malfunctions, carry out necessary repairs, collect technical information on site, make surveys and sketches, then transmit the essential elements for the recommissioning of equipment.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance: control, analyse and maintain installations to ensure their performance, reliability and user safety.
• Installation of new motorisations: ensure the fitting, adaptation, connection and commissioning of motorisation systems on various equipment.
• Commissioning of installations: carry out connections, make adjustments and perform necessary tests to guarantee the proper functioning of the products in our range.

Now, shall we talk about you?

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electromechanic, electrician or equivalent training.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in fault diagnosis and maintenance of installations. Experience in the field of automatic doors and/or loading dock systems is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable with working at heights; possession of a cherry picker and/or lift licence is an advantage.
• Good command of reading electrical diagrams and technical plans.
• Holder of a category B driving licence.
• Autonomous, versatile, rigorous and organised person, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with easy communication both with clients and various site stakeholders.
• Ability to ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions, including writing reports and technical minutes.
• Flexible and available to work variable hours, including on-call duties, evening or night interventions.
• Resident in the region or nearby.
