Team Leader Picking (m/f/d)

• You organise the daily business and ensure a smooth process in picking
• You lead, supervise and develop your team of around 10 to 15 employees and conduct regular employee appraisals
• You continuously monitor the specified performance indicators, evaluate them and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations
• You issue instructions within the framework of the company regulations and ensure occupational safety, order and cleanliness
• You are also responsible for coordinating and managing holiday planning
• As part of the month-end closing, you take on various accounting tasks

• You bring leadership experience and apply it practically
• Ideally, you have completed training in the logistics sector
• Good IT skills support you in your daily work
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and assertive working style
• Organisational talent, teamwork, flexibility and resilience complete your profile
