Senior IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an IT service provider specialising in public administration. As an association member, the company offers modular IT solutions and comprehensive support for municipal facilities and institutions. The scope of activities covers the entire IT spectrum: from the service desk to customised services to strategic consulting. The focus is on reliable, efficient and secure solutions tailored individually to the customers’ needs. Creation and maintenance of process and IT documentation
Provision of 1st and 2nd level support (by phone and in writing)
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation systems (PC, notebook, tablet, thin clients)
Support during on-call duties within Switzerland
User-oriented support and ensuring stable IT operations
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Sound knowledge of Windows client/server environments and Microsoft 365
Experience with IT process documentation
Very good German skills spoken and written
