Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the development and further development of energy networks in a dynamic market environment. You analyse existing network infrastructures, identify optimisation potentials and derive future-oriented projects. You are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of projects that ensure a secure, efficient and sustainable energy supply. You work with various internal and external stakeholders and ensure that professional, technical and regulatory requirements are met. With your professional expertise, you contribute decisively to strategically aligning network development and driving innovation in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
In your strategic specialist role, you are responsible for the rolling target network planning and the strategic planning process.
You manage the support of network calculations, load flow analyses and simulations in medium and low voltage networks.
You are responsible for scenario and performance analyses to assess future network loads.
You manage the development of expansion, reinforcement and optimisation measures for the infrastructure.
You are responsible for the collaboration on the digitalisation and further development of network planning.
You act as technical support for infrastructure projects, connection requests and data quality.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed studies as an electrical engineer (FH/ETH) with a focus on energy technology or electrical networks.
Several years of practical experience in network planning or network operation of an energy supplier.
Sound knowledge in network simulations, load flow calculations and modern network planning software.
Strong understanding of the challenges of modern distribution networks and the energy transition.
Further education (MAS) in energy, network economics or business administration is an advantage.
