Lawyer (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, a public-law corporation in the Western Switzerland / Valais region, we are seeking reinforcement.

The organisation is responsible for the lawful execution of public infrastructure, environmental, and land use projects. For the legal department, we are looking for a competent individual as a Lawyer (m/f/d) 100%.

• Independent management of public-law mandates, primarily in public construction, planning, and environmental law as well as procurement
• Preparation of legal consultations, expert opinions, complaint responses, and official orders
• Legal support for internal specialist departments as well as representation of the organisation in administrative committees and negotiations
• Participation in the drafting of regulations and decrees as well as representation of the institution's interests before courts and authorities

Your profile:

• Swiss legal Master’s degree (BLaw/MLaw); a lawyer’s licence or relevant further training is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Swiss administrative law (gained at an authority, judicial office, or law firm)
• Proven experience in drafting orders/legal documents as well as sound knowledge of construction and spatial planning law
• Very good language skills in German or French (C2) with practical knowledge of the second official language (at least B1)
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style, high resilience, and decisiveness
