As Project Manager Autoinjectors, you are responsible for the overall management of product development projects, from commissioning to market launch. You will strengthen our motivated team in Project Management and work closely with the involved departments and stakeholders.

Your main tasks

• Lead projects with commitment and determination while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate clearly and inspiringly within the team and with all stakeholders
• Establish an efficient project organisation and continuously adapt it to the respective requirements
• Create and maintain a goal-oriented project plan aligned with business objectives and assignments
• Coordinate the subprojects and their tasks
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and proactively control the projects
• Regularly report on project progress

Your profile

• Completed education as an engineer FH/ETH/TU in medical technology, microtechnology, or mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years of professional experience in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive industry, or plastics processing
• Additional training in business administration or project management is an advantage
• Experience in project management in the relevant environment, especially in a matrix organisation
• Familiarity with the tools Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills (each at least C1), both spoken and written
