Your field of activity

• During your training, you will actively participate in the entire anaesthesia process and independently as well as under delegation of a specialist in anaesthesiology carry out perioperative nursing interventions and ensure comprehensive care
• You will work in a broad surgical environment where all surgical specialties are represented at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital. You will accompany and care for patients of all ages - from neonatology to old age
• Your daily work is characterised by close collaboration with specialists in anaesthesiology. This allows you to continuously expand and deepen your expertise and develop your skills in a targeted manner
• As part of the interprofessional team, you actively contribute to first-class care for our patients. With your sound expertise, you ensure high quality standards and maximum safety in anaesthesia care

Your experience

• You have successfully completed your training as a nurse HF (or an SRK recognised diploma) and have already gained at least six months of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
• Challenges motivate you: you are ready to complete the part-time postgraduate diploma and sustainably expand your professional competence
• You are characterised by reliability, precision and technical skill and have a quick grasp as well as pronounced team spirit and resilience
• In addition, you meet people in exceptional situations with empathy and sensitivity and always act professionally and responsibly
