Together with our client, a growth-oriented company in the service sector, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a finance clerk 60-100%. The company combines many years of experience with fresh ideas and continuously develops its structures and internal processes. Your tasks with the new employer

• You will manage accounts receivable and take care of outstanding receivables, incoming payments and the associated administrative tasks
• You will independently post and check cash and credit card transactions and ensure correct reconciliation of financial data
• You will actively support the finance team with periodic closing tasks, internal controls and the preparation of business management reports
• Additionally, you will take on diverse tasks in daily accounting and assist internal and external contacts with administrative matters

You offer your new employer

• A completed commercial basic training forms your professional foundation, ideally complemented by further training as an accounting clerk
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in accounting and are familiar with daily processes in accounts receivable as well as the processing of various business transactions
• You work confidently with common IT applications, have a high digital affinity and communicate fluently in German
• Your positive, straightforward and committed manner characterises you; you also think ahead, like to get involved and enjoy developing your professional skills
