Project Manager Client Representation (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for client representation of demanding residential and real estate projects. You represent the interests of the client and manage projects through all relevant phases from project development to realisation. You are responsible for costs, deadlines, quality and risks and coordinate architects, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants. The position offers a varied area of responsibility in the development and realisation of high-quality real estate projects.
Responsibilities:
Assuming client representation for demanding residential and real estate projects
Managing projects from project development through planning and tendering to realisation
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project risks
Coordination and leadership of architects, specialist planners, contractors and external project partners
Preparation and monitoring of budgets, cost forecasts and project controlling
Support of tendering, awarding, contracts and change order management
Organisation and leadership of project and construction meetings
Review and coordination of project, execution and approval documents
Preparation of decision bases, project reports and management reporting
Support of acceptances, defect rectification, handover and warranty processes
Qualifications:
Completed FH/ETH degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or comparable construction-technical qualification
Several years of experience in client representation or project management of real estate projects
Sound knowledge in building construction, project management and cost control
Experience with SIA phases, tendering, awarding and contract management
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes and construction administration
Very good German language skills spoken and written
