We wish to recruit a Building Maintenance & Technical After-Sales Service Manager (M/F) – 100%

Mission:

• Ensure the daily management of maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
• Organise interventions and coordinate technical resources.
• Supervise, support and develop team members.
• Participate in complex diagnostics and provide technical support.
• Guarantee the quality of services and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure operational and financial monitoring of the activity.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance services.
• Maintain a presence on site with teams and clients.

Profile

• Technical training in heating, electricity, automation, electromechanics or equivalent.
• Proven experience in after-sales service, maintenance or commissioning of technical installations.
• Good knowledge of heating, hydraulics, regulation and electricity.
• Experience with heat pumps.
• First management experience or strong managerial potential.
• Ability to manage priorities, make decisions and unite a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
• Driving licence.
