Responsibilities:
Contact person: IT disruptions and service requests from employees
Documentation: Creation and maintenance of system documentation, instructions and checklists
Training: Employee training and taking responsibility in IT projects
Management: Helpdesk, processing and resolving tickets in 1st level support
Tasks: Installation, configuration and maintenance of notebooks, PCs and peripheral devices
Responsibility: Ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure and applications
Support: Server, storage and network systems (Windows, VMware) as well as applications (ERP, CRM)
Qualifications:
Qualification: IT apprenticeship EFZ or comparable education
Professional experience: IT system administration and application support
Knowledge: Windows, Exchange, M365, SCCM; experience with Windows Server and VMware is an advantage
Interest: New technologies and continuous further education
Language skills: Very good German skills (spoken and written)
