To strengthen its team, the Systems and Infrastructure Division of the IT Service is seeking a Head of the Management Systems Unit.
Job Description
The post holder supervises and ensures the day-to-day operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the strategic development of integrated management platforms. Responsible for a team of 5 people whom they manage, they coordinate collaborations with operational services and the entire Digital Infrastructure Directorate, while managing supplier partnerships, outsourcing budget allocations, and monitoring licence contracts.
In your activities, you will be expected to:
- Plan and oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of integrated management platforms within the dedicated team
- Lead, motivate, and organise the platform management team
- Manage financial commitments, supplier contracts, and support mandates, technical support, and specialised subcontracting
- Ensure coordination of internal collaborations with business units and other departments of the Digital Infrastructure Directorate
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, and development of document management systems interconnected with the main platforms
- The platform ecosystem currently includes: recent version on-premise main system, business intelligence tools, human capital management solution (recruitment module), content management system, interfaced document management system
Profile Sought
We are looking for a person with the following technical qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business informatics, information systems, or equivalent qualification supplemented by recognised professional training
- Specialised certifications in integrated platform management and human resource management
- Proven mastery of the integrated management systems environment, with comprehensive knowledge of associated modules and products (Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Analytical Solutions, Decision-making Tools)
- Understanding of different infrastructure deployment modes (cloud infrastructure, on-premise, hybrid models)
- In-depth expertise in at least one of the modules, products, or technological domains
As well as the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a responsible manager of a competence centre or specialised team in integrated management systems
- Minimum 8 years’ professional experience as a manager or lead in a functional or technical domain within an integrated platform ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams and coordinating large-scale projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and budget management skills
