Operational Electronics Buyer (m/f/d)

For our ROCKEN partner, you will take over the operational management of a technical procurement assortment. You ensure that the required materials are available and work closely with internal operational departments as well as international partners.
Responsibilities:
Record requirements from ongoing operations and initiate procurements accordingly
Monitor stock levels and consumption trends
Keep material master data and commercial information in the ERP system up to date
Identify deviations in delivery dates early and address them with suppliers
Consistently follow up on missing goods and trigger escalations
Support commercial clarifications for new inquiries
Coordinate necessary steps with quality and suppliers in case of delivery deviations
Use insights from supplier performance for further collaboration
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical apprenticeship
Several years of experience in purchasing within an industrial company
Experience with electronic components or technical parts is an advantage
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Further training in purchasing is a plus
Very good German and business fluent English
Independent and consistent working style
Assertiveness and good teamwork skills
