Do you like to take the reins and are you a doer?

We are looking for a

Sous Chef

to start immediately or by arrangement.

You already have experience as a Sous Chef or are an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take the next step on the career ladder?

You want to support our head chef, contribute and cook really well?

You love an honest, artisan, and seasonal cuisine?

…Then we are on the same wavelength and should get to know each other.

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Several years of experience as a Chef de Partie and/or already experience as a Sous Chef
• Clean and thorough working method with a high quality standard
• You like to take responsibility and support our head chef. In his absence, you act as the contact person, lead the team and take on administrative tasks.
• Resilient and committed personality
• German as a mother tongue or very good German skills
