CAM Programmer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Creating and optimising CNC programmes for milling and turning machines including simulation and approval for 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres.
• Analysing manufacturing drawings and 3D models as well as determining suitable tools, clamping devices and machining strategies.
• Optimising manufacturing processes to reduce throughput times and actively participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Collaborating with design, production planning, production as well as upstream and downstream departments to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensuring quality standards according to norms as well as managing and maintaining programme data.

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as poly-/production mechanic, industrial mechanic or similar
• Several years of professional experience with solid CNC knowledge
• Good knowledge of Siemens, Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• Programming skills with TopSolid desired
• Understanding of technical drawings and work instructions
• Independent, precise working style as well as a high quality awareness
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• PC user skills
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work)
