Property Manager (m/f/d)

What you will accomplish

• You manage a portfolio of properties, ideally for commercial and/or mixed use
• You oversee tenants, leases, rents as well as terminations, inspections, and handovers of premises
• You participate in the technical monitoring and routine maintenance of the properties
• You coordinate external service providers and act as the liaison with tenants and users during interventions
• You contribute to the marketing of vacant spaces
• You identify issues, propose concrete solutions, and ensure rigorous follow-up of actions taken
• You organise priorities and manage your activities autonomously and results-oriented

What you bring

• Education: Federal diploma
• Specialisation: Federal diploma as property manager or equivalent training
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in property management, ideally in commercial and/or mixed-use real estate Solid experience in tenant management, leases, rents, maintenance work, and coordination of service providers
• You are recognised for your service orientation, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy
• You communicate clearly, pertinently, and effectively
• You know how to manage priorities, make decisions, and advance cases pragmatically
• You are autonomous, reliable, and solution-oriented
• You enjoy collaborating, creating a climate of trust, and finding acceptable solutions for all parties
• Driving licence essential
• German (B1)
