Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 120,000Role:
The company is an owner-managed Swiss service provider that supports private individuals, companies and investors with financial and real estate-related matters.
Particularly exciting is the holistic support, where various financial and real estate-related topics are handled from a single source. Employees maintain close contact with owners, entrepreneurs, tenants and other stakeholders and take responsibility for varied mandates.
Responsibilities:
The focus of your work is the independent management and control of residential and commercial properties.
You monitor the structural condition of the properties, organise maintenance work and ensure proper implementation.
You are a reliable contact person for tenants and handle all matters relating to the tenancy.
Financial planning and control of ongoing property operations are also part of your duties.
Together with external partners, you coordinate maintenance, repair and renovation work and ensure efficient processing.
Qualifications:
A real estate-specific education or a comparable professional qualification forms your foundation.
You have several years of professional experience in property management and are familiar with both residential and commercial properties.
You are confident in tenancy and property law and can independently assess relevant matters.
Your strengths lie in an independent, proactive working style and professional communication with various stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken German and a category B driving licence complete your profile.
