What you achieve

• Independent management of various portfolios of commercial and residential properties (with support from an assistant)
• Oral and written contact with tenants, contractors, and authorities
• Professional leadership of caretakers and cleaning staff
• Ensuring maintenance as well as participation in renovation and renewal projects
• Periodic condition assessment of properties and preparation of condition reports
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and multi-year planning
• Active participation and support in the integration and takeover of properties in connection with the merger

What you bring

• Completed basic training and further education as a property manager with a federal professional certificate
• Several years of professional experience in managing commercial and residential properties
• Experience in letting commercial and residential properties
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of Garaio REM and Yarowa is an advantage
• Service- and customer-oriented personality with an independent and proactive working style
