Housekeeping Assistant 100% (M/F/D)

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant at 100%, to start from 1st October 2026.

Within a high-end private establishment offering an exceptional working environment and welcoming an international clientele, you will join the Housekeeping team and report directly to the Housekeeper.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Inspect vacant rooms and floor areas.
• Check the cleanliness of public areas, offices and common spaces.
• Ensure cleaning and tidying of rooms, bathrooms and toilets, both after departure and for stayover, as needed.
• Check the cleanliness of floors, trolleys and storage areas in the offices.
• Ensure watering of plants and cleanliness of balconies.
• Report any observed damage to your hierarchy.
• Be able to assess the quality of your work before the Housekeeper’s inspection.
• Participate in various tasks related to the smooth running of the Housekeeping service.

You have solid experience in housekeeping.

You have at least 2 years’ experience, ideally within a hotel or similar establishment.

You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, with a minimum B2 level.

You are reliable, discreet, helpful and possess an excellent team spirit.

You are skilful, resourceful, responsive, proactive and versatile.

You have a great capacity for adaptation and integration.

You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team.

You are organised and have an eye for detail and quality.

Basic maintenance knowledge is an asset.
