The Fondation Mon Foyer, active in housing in Sion, is looking for an operations agent / professional concierge at 80-100% for its property portfolio.

Are you a hands-on, autonomous and meticulous person with a true sense of service?
This versatile role, split between two areas of intervention, offers you a stable and human working environment within a foundation active in housing.

Your mission will revolve around four areas:

• Maintenance — routine upkeep of the interior and exterior common areas of several buildings, primarily in the Platta district;
• Landscaping — maintenance of green spaces and outdoor areas of the foundation's property portfolio;
• Technical monitoring — building inspections, reporting anomalies, routine maintenance work, minor technical interventions - across the entire portfolio;
• Support for residents — assistance and local support for tenants throughout the portfolio.

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or a federal concierge certificate;
• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Autonomous, organised and versatile person;
• Good interpersonal skills, service-minded and able to work with diverse groups;
• Very good knowledge of building technology;
• Driving licence and vehicle essential.

We offer:

• Permanent contract (CDI) at 80-100%, rate may vary according to needs;
• Start date 1 April 2027 or to be agreed;
• Equipment and cleaning products provided by the employer;
• Kilometre allowance for use of personal vehicle;

Important information

For organisational reasons and proximity to residents, it is desired that the hired person lives or moves into one of the Fondation Mon Foyer’s residences in Platta.
