Nursing Expert / Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) (m/f/d) for the Neurology Clinic 80-100%
from 1 December 2026
Your skills and responsibilities:
- Leading and promoting professional development of the departments - with support from the leadership team (management, education and specialty)
- Care and support of patients with complex neurological conditions - with a strong patient orientation
- Interprofessional collaboration within the team with various professional groups to support patients and relatives
- Development, introduction, implementation and evaluation of professional concepts as well as integration of topic-specific innovations and developments
- Empowerment and coaching of staff in complex nursing situations - based on several years of professional experience in acute and possibly rehabilitative care
- Active participation as part of the nursing expert team with shared responsibility for achieving the department’s goals
- Master of Science in Nursing already obtained or degree in preparation
- A structured induction and close collaboration with the long-standing nursing expert in neurology is ensured
