About the job

Your tasks as a recruitment consultant

• You develop and maintain a client portfolio by building trustful relationships with companies and identifying new opportunities

• You regularly communicate with companies to understand their recruitment needs and propose the most suitable profiles

• You manage the entire recruitment process, from mandate acquisition to candidate placement

• You conduct interviews with candidates, assess their skills, and ensure quality follow-up throughout the process

• You prepare candidates for interviews and support them in their efforts to maximise their chances of success

• You carry out reference checks and ensure the quality of the profiles presented

• You advise your clients in their decision-making and support them until the recruitment is finalised

• You actively contribute to the office development by generating new business opportunities and strengthening your professional network

What you bring

• You have completed at least a long-term internship or gained initial professional experience in Switzerland

• You are a dynamic, organised person capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building trustful relationships with diverse contacts

• You appreciate commercial exchanges, challenges, and developing new opportunities, while placing the quality of human relationships at the heart of your approach

• You demonstrate autonomy, perseverance, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing your mandates

• You possess an excellent team spirit and actively contribute to a collaborative, positive, and success-oriented work culture

• You are fluent in French; knowledge of German is an asset
