The Clinic for Rheumatology at the USZ is a leading centre of expertise in the field of inflammatory rheumatic diseases, which was awarded the "Centre of Excellence in Rheumatology" by EULAR for the fourth time in 2025. As part of the further expansion of our specialised infiltration team, we are looking for an experienced, committed individual who wishes to contribute to the development of this specialisation.

Senior Physician (m/f/d) Infiltration Team Clinic for Rheumatology 20-40%

Your main tasks
- Independent outpatient clinic activity in the field of interventional pain therapy
- Supervision and training of assistant physicians in lumbar and cervical infiltration procedures
- Co-design and development of the focus area infiltrations
- Teaching activities for students and professionals, especially in the field of interventional pain therapy
Your profile
- Passed specialist examination (rheumatology, physical medicine, general internal medicine, anaesthesia or related field)
- Solid practical experience in lumbar infiltration procedures (interlaminar epidural injection, periradicular injection); experience in cervical procedures desirable
- Focus SSIPM (interventional pain therapy) advantageous
- Independence, enthusiasm for teaching and team-oriented working style

The outpatient clinics take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the USZ campus.
