About the job

An established company with a modern and complex IT landscape is seeking reinforcement for the development and further advancement of a central Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. The goal is to provide secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication and authorisation solutions and to efficiently connect modern cloud and hybrid environments.

In this role, you will actively shape the future IAM strategy and make a significant contribution to the implementation of modern security and zero-trust concepts.

Your Responsibilities

Development, operation, and continuous enhancement of a central Identity & Access Management platform
Integration and orchestration of various identity providers as well as implementation of modern single sign-on and federation solutions
Design and implementation of modern authentication methods such as MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Automation of deployments and infrastructure using Terraform as well as building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Development of scalable and auditable IAM solutions for cloud and hybrid infrastructures
Support in the implementation of zero-trust and security strategies
Participation in defining IAM architectures, governance processes, and technical standards
Close collaboration with infrastructure, security, and application teams to integrate new services
Active involvement in shaping a central IAM competence team and promoting modern engineering practices

Our Requirements

Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally in complex hybrid or cloud environments
Solid knowledge of modern IAM and identity provider solutions such as Okta, Auth0, Entra ID, Keycloak, or comparable platforms
Experience with single sign-on, identity federation, as well as authentication and authorisation standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML)
Good knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD, and scripting (e.g. PowerShell or Python)
Understanding of role and permission models, privileged access management (PAM), and zero-trust architectures
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Team-oriented personality with high initiative and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing
