Your area of responsibility

• You support the care and assurance of customer support (incidents and service requests) by phone, remote maintenance or on site
• You carry out qualified analyses, problem solving and documentation of support cases
• You perform new installations and relocations of hardware
• You handle pending administrative tasks in the area of customer service and support and assist with IT projects

Your experience

• You have sound IT knowledge in the form of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a technical basic education with IT further training
• You have an independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• You have good social skills
• You are willing to perform, flexible and a team player
• You have experience in support and customer contact (desired)

Your prospects

• You make an important contribution to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration
• The civil service deployment cannot be credited as an internship or further training
