Role:
You take overall responsibility for demanding building services engineering projects in the heating and cooling sector – from planning and management to successful project completion. You lead interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality are always under control.
Responsibilities:
You plan, lead and manage building services engineering projects in the heating and cooling sector and are responsible for deadlines, costs and quality.
You coordinate all internal and external project participants and ensure smooth collaboration.
You monitor project budget, progress and quality requirements and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.
You ensure correct and timely invoicing and project accounting.
You handle project changes, coordinate their implementation and accompany the projects until successful completion.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training as a building services engineering planner EFZ heating or cooling.
You have completed further training at HF, FH or TS level or have a comparable qualification.
You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner and gladly take overall responsibility for your projects.
You impress with a confident and professional appearance and communicate confidently with different contacts.
You think customer-oriented and entrepreneurially and have a good understanding of technical as well as economic contexts.
