Your tasks

You love contact with people, enjoy sales and want to make genuine KNEUSS Güggeli quality tangible? Then you are exactly right with us.

Together with your team, you inspire our customers daily with our diverse range. You advise warmly and competently, recognise customer wishes and ensure a positive shopping experience.

As a team leader, you lead your employees with motivation, clarity and by example. In addition, you are responsible for offer planning, ordering, scheduling, cash reconciliations as well as daily and monthly closings.

In short: You ensure that our KNEUSS GüggeliShop stands for quality, enjoyment and hospitality every day.

Your profile

You have completed training in sales, retail or gastronomy with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ). Further commercial training is desirable.

In addition, you convince us with:

• at least two years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role
• confident German, including dialect
• business management thinking and acting
• a structured, confident and goal-oriented way of working
• initiative, assertiveness and organisational talent
• a warm host personality with high social competence
