As part of your duties, you will assist and act as the liaison for the Logistics Manager within the department.

Your duties

• Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing equipment flows.
• Prepare, load and transfer equipment (truck driving).
• Anticipate needs to avoid any stock shortages or equipment loss.
• Ensure computerised and reliable stock management.
• Participate in the various service inventories.
• Ensure the satisfaction of internal clients and follow up on their requests and feedback.
• Participate, in a versatile manner, in the various activities of the department and provide operational support.

Your profile

• Federal Logistics Certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, ideally in high-end environments.
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Team spirit, service orientation and strong adaptability.
• Versatility and discretion.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and ease with IT tools.
• Driving licence (manual transmission) and forklift licence essential.
• Fluent French, spoken and written.
