You design modern Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions and ensure that customers can use their digital collaboration securely, efficiently, and future-proof. You accompany projects from requirements analysis through conception and migration to operation and further development. Your focus is on Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement modern Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online solutions.
You develop suitable information architectures, permission concepts, and governance structures together with customers.
You plan and accompany SharePoint migrations including the transfer of content, structures, and permissions.
You realise Exchange Online projects from migration and configuration to operation and further development.
You design and implement Teams telephony solutions for modern communication environments.
You analyse requirements and translate them into appropriate technical M365 solutions.
You work closely with customers and internal teams and contribute your expertise to projects, managed services, and operations.
You support the further development of collaboration structures and lifecycle management.
You identify potential for automation and modern collaboration solutions.
Qualifications:
You have at least five years of practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have already accompanied M365 projects from conception to implementation.
You have completed IT training or further education at HF, FH, or comparable level.
You bring solid knowledge in Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
You have experience with M365 telephony, governance, permission concepts, and lifecycle management.
You enjoy customer consulting and can communicate technical solutions clearly.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and with pronounced ownership.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI, is an advantage.
You speak fluent German.
