Are you ready for a key position in which you take holistic responsibility for complex large-scale projects from conception through implementation to successful commissioning?
- You lead interdisciplinary specialist teams and ensure efficient collaboration among all internal and external project participants.
- You are responsible for meeting schedule, cost, and quality targets and establish proactive risk and change management.
- You prepare technical specifications, coordinate suppliers, and accompany assembly, commissioning, ramp-up, and test operation.
- You act as the central contact person for customers, partners, and internal departments and represent the project goals confidently at all times.
- You contribute your own ideas, develop processes purposefully, and thus ensure the sustainable success of your projects.
- You have several years of experience in managing international projects in plant or mechanical engineering.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills, and decisiveness characterise you.
- Even in demanding project situations, you act resiliently, solution-oriented, and confidently.
- You bring an international travel readiness of around 30%.
- Negotiation-level German, English, and French skills at least at C1 level are mandatory for this position.

Profile
- You have completed technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering, or a comparable field.- You have several years of experience in managing international projects in plant or mechanical engineering.

- Even in demanding project situations, you act resiliently, solution-oriented, and confidently.
