Sales Internal Staff 50% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed employee for internal sales who will strengthen the team with competence and customer orientation.

Your tasks

• Competent support and advice to customers by phone and e-mail

• Creation, processing and follow-up of quotations

• Recording and handling of customer orders

• Monitoring appointments and coordinating deliveries

• Processing customer enquiries and complaints

• Maintenance and management of customer master data

• Close cooperation with the field sales team and internal specialist departments

• Support in optimising processes and procedures in internal sales

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or technical basic training

• Professional experience in internal sales, customer service or a comparable role

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems

• Structured, independent and reliable way of working

• Communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality
