Financial Accountant - Bern (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You independently manage financial accounting including general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment transactions
You prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER
You participate in budgeting and planning and prepare meaningful management reports
You monitor financial data, perform reconciliations and ensure high quality of financial statements
You analyse existing financial processes and identify optimisation and digitalisation potentials
You develop individual financial solutions together with internal contacts
You actively contribute your expertise to projects and the further development of the finance department
Qualifications:
Several years of solid experience in finance and accounting
Professional certificate in finance and accounting or willingness to complete this further training
Good knowledge of Abacus as well as very confident use of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
High IT and process affinity as well as precise, independent and structured working style
Service-oriented, resilient personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality and team spirit
