The position is attached to the Real Estate Department (DI), which is responsible for defining a real estate portfolio strategy, developing coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in close partnership with the main State services attached to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, optimizing the monitoring of surfaces and future planning, while ensuring the smooth operation of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with constant demands, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.
Job Description
As the client representative, you lead and manage complex institutional projects, ensuring their integration into the institution's value chain in organizational, technological, and cultural dimensions. You thus contribute to the implementation of the real estate strategy.
You conduct advisory missions for governance and interact with members of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and State politicians within the framework of major projects.
You carry out public project management missions by leading all phases of project organization, from feasibility study to project delivery according to Hermes and SIA methodologies.
You are an internal consultant and conduct studies and diagnostics of the institution's buildings. You provide professional expertise in one or more real estate fields within the framework of institutional projects.
You develop, maintain, and disseminate strategic monitoring in the field of architectural concepts and real estate project organization.
Qualifications
You hold a diploma as an architect or REG A engineer or an equivalent Master’s level degree complemented by certified project management training.
You have solid knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
You have excellent proficiency in MS Office tools.
You have abstraction and conceptualization skills and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
You are organized and have a rigorous mindset.
You have proven experience of 15 years in construction, including 5 years in project management of large-scale projects.
Experience in a hospital environment is an asset.
Additional Information
You have regular working hours but are able to be available outside of these hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays for on-call duty according to rotation and urgent interventions.
