- Support in all administrative HR processes
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and work certificates
- Processing of entries and exits as well as changes
- Maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
- Support in monthly payroll processing
- Assistance with social insurance and withholding tax matters
- Processing of absences, accident and sickness notifications
- Support in applicant management and recruiting
- Correspondence with employees, authorities and insurance companies
- General administrative support within the HR team
- Commercial basic training or comparable education
- Further training as an HR assistant advantageous or planned
- Initial practical professional experience in HR
- First contact with payroll / salary accounting advantageous
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Discreet and trustworthy personality
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and interest in further development in HR
