What you can achieve with us

• Contact person: You are the first point of contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding accounts payable matters
• Document management: You record, check and post accounts payable documents correctly and VAT-compliantly - including order-related invoices and credit notes
• Management: You manage and actively reconcile the accounts payable accounts assigned to you
• Process responsibility: You oversee the accounts payable workflow for assigned business units and support process optimisations
• Payment processing: You carry out payment runs, handle exception lists and take care of intercompany reconciliations as well as credit card statements

What you bring with you

• Education: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with a focus on accounting
• Professional experience: At least two years of experience in accounts payable accounting - ideally in a complex environment
• Language skills: Very good German skills and good French skills - you can communicate in writing and orally
• IT know-how: Confident handling of Microsoft Office and SAP - you navigate digital accounting systems proficiently
• Working style: You work in a structured, independent and team-oriented manner - with a high quality standard
