About the job

• You support our employees in general IT first-level support and assist with questions regarding workplace devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, mobile devices, and standard software.
• You are the contact person for support requests concerning our care and patient information systems Perigon and EasyDoc.
• You assist users with questions and problems in the daily use of both systems.
• You analyse error messages and determine whether it is a user problem, an authorisation issue, a process, or a technical fault.
• You independently resolve known and standardised issues.
• You escalate more complex professional, applicational, or technical questions to the responsible application managers, IT specialists, or manufacturers.
• You support admissions, changes, departures, as well as user and authorisation matters related to Perigon and EasyDoc.
• You introduce new employees to the basic use of our care information systems and assist with training and user instructions.
• You create and maintain simple guides and aids for our employees.
• You assist with tests after updates, releases, or changes, bringing in your experience from everyday care.
• You identify recurring problems and potential improvements and communicate these in a structured manner to the responsible departments.
• You reliably accompany open support cases until resolution and ensure clear communication with the users.

• You have completed training in the care or health sector, for example as a Health Specialist EFZ, qualified nurse HF/FH, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring practical professional experience from care or healthcare.
• You have already worked with Perigon or EasyDoc – experience with at least one of the two systems is a requirement for this position.
• You are willing to deepen your knowledge of the other system and support both applications in the future.
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or a comparable environment is an advantage.
• You have a strong interest in IT, digital tools, and processes and want to develop professionally towards IT.
• You are confident in using PC, smartphone, and common Microsoft 365 applications.
• You can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and procedures.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• You understand the workflows and challenges of everyday care and can classify practical concerns well.
• You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.

• Careful and discreet handling of particularly sensitive personal and health data is a matter of course for you.
