Then Manuela and her two-person support team look forward to meeting you and perhaps welcoming you soon as a Customer Advisor (a).

What to expect

• Managing the general e-mail address as well as answering customer calls
• Recording and completing sickness and accident notifications as well as independently processing KTG and UVG benefit cases including payment of daily allowance benefits
• Checking and settling medical treatment and doctor invoices
• Collaborating with the sickness daily allowance and accident benefit teams as well as with external partners, e.g. the disability insurance

What you bring

• Completed commercial or paramedical training as well as experience in customer service or in a service-oriented environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and enjoyment of working with IT systems
• Confident German, additional national languages are an advantage
• Enjoy making contacts, setting priorities and thinking in a networked way
• Efficient and independent working style as well as flexibility and resilience in demanding situations
