ICT Network Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the network infrastructure of the group and develop it strategically
For the network redesign, you define the target architecture, migration strategy and coordinate the implementation
You develop network security concepts with segmentation, zero trust, VPN and firewall policies
The operation of routers, switches, firewalls and WLAN in a 24/7 environment including on-call duty is part of your responsibilities
Together with VMware, server, client and cloud teams, you optimise the infrastructure and promote knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
ICT vocational training or degree in computer science/network technology as well as several years of experience in a senior or architecture role
Sound knowledge in network security and network automation
Experience with VMware, server/client infrastructure and critical 24/7 environments
Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills
