In eleven sales branches in German-speaking Switzerland, two sales branches in French-speaking Switzerland and one branch in Ticino, we offer our discerning customers the best products and brands, expert advice and high-quality service.

• You are the point of contact for all customer service matters and advise in a friendly, patient and competent manner.
• You take time for complaints, special and spare parts orders as well as other services and leave a good impression on all channels.
• In the team, you support our mountain sports advisors in sales and conduct internal training in the customer service area.

• You like the mountains and ideally you are already familiar with the sporting goods industry.
• You have completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist or in the commercial sector.
• Ideally, you can demonstrate initial experience in customer service and enjoy communication by email and telephone.
• Your spoken and written German skills are impeccable and you can also communicate in French and English.
• Your positive charisma and flair for advice are very well received by customers.
• You are a team player and like to share your knowledge.
