Accountant 80%-100% (6 months)

On behalf of one of our clients, an international organisation based in the Lake Geneva region, we are looking for an Accountant for a temporary assignment at 100%.

Our client is a sports federation in Lausanne. In this role, you will contribute to the organisation's daily and periodic financial operations. You will be responsible in particular for managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring collections, bank reconciliations, as well as supporting accounting closures. You will also participate in improving internal financial procedures and maintaining a high level of accounting quality.

Responsibilities

As an Accountant 80%-100%, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing the supplier cycle and processing invoices
• Managing billing and monitoring receivables
• Bank reconciliations and monitoring collections
• Participating in monthly and annual closures
• Ad hoc analyses and cleaning accounting data
• Close collaboration with various internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

As an Accountant 80%-100%, you have the following profile:

• Excellent accounting knowledge: Swiss CO standards
• Previous similar experience
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with One200, M-Files or Sage is an advantage)
• Languages: English B2; French C1.
• Rigorous, flexible, organised and mature person
