As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced site manager who wishes to commit long-term and take an active role in managing and ensuring the success of our projects.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the complete management of your sites, from preparation to invoicing, ensuring their proper execution from technical, financial, and organisational perspectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organisation, management, and technical and administrative follow-up of sites throughout French-speaking Switzerland
• Measurement and preparation of quotes
• Development of schedules and coordination of teams on site
• Participation in site meetings and coordination with various stakeholders
• Cost control, budget monitoring, and financial management of sites
• Invoicing follow-up
• Customer advice and support
• Contribution to the company’s development and autonomous management of assigned projects

Your profile

• Training in the construction field: CFC, ES technician, site manager, or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in screed work is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with teams, clients, and partners
• Organised, autonomous, reliable, and proactive
• Sense of responsibility, solution-oriented, and ability to manage the financial aspects of sites
• Good command of IT tools, especially MS Office
• Driving licence essential
• Desire to commit long-term within a family business
