Your profile
- Medical Coding certificate mandatory
- Experience in medical coding and ideally first leadership experience
- A hands-on, upbeat personality with high IT affinity
- High flexibility and joy in change and development
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and a positive appearance
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
- Enthusiasm for involving people and moving things together
