Administrative assistant (100%)
Your main duties
- With a public service spirit, welcome and inform people seeking information, by phone or at the counter;
- Manage room rentals for the public;
- Organise and coordinate appointments for the Municipality;
- In collaboration with existing staff, prepare agenda items for the Municipal session (via eSéances);
- Ensure the proper implementation of municipal decisions;
- Process naturalisation requests and ensure their follow-up;
- Edit and distribute necessary documents for the Municipal Council and commissions;

To fully meet the requirements of this position, your profile meets the following criteria:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, within a public administration or in a field relevant to the role;
- Dynamic, proactive personality with initiative enabling rapid functioning in an unfamiliar environment;
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility, versatility, rigour, reliability, discretion;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Welcoming manner and strong public service orientation;
- Good writing skills and accurate spelling;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, knowledge of eSéances is an asset.
